PERMITTED, AND MAY BE DECLINED FOR CREDIT.

receipt, along with photographs clearly illustrating the failure mode. The retailer will provide additional
instructions on the claim under this warranty. The consumer is responsible for all freight costs required to execute a
claim under this warranty.
RETURNS THROUGH SUPERLIFT
In cases where the original reseller is unavailable to handle a warranty claim, you may initiate a warranty claim
directly with SUPERLIFT. Contact SUPERLIFT by sending an e-mail with a copy of the original purchase receipt, along with photographs clearly illustrating the failure mode. Upon validating the information provided, SUPERLIFT will issue a return authorization number.
The consumer is responsible for all freight costs required to execute a claim under this warranty. All products to be replaced under warranty must be returned freight, prepaid.

// Miss-Shipped Items; Wrong boxes shipped directly from SUPERLIFT will be issued an RGA
// ALL items must be returned in their entirety; ALL nerf-steps MUST be returned as a pair, ALL light
mounting solutions must be returned with the issued mounting brackets originally received
// ANY items returned due to the following will incur a 20% restocking fee; Ordered Incorrectly by Customer
or Vendor, Customer No Longer Wants Product, Customer Wants to Exchange for a New Item

was shipped under SUPERLIFT’s account. - All 3rd Party Billing Accounts will be responsible for filing freight claims to reconcile lost or
damaged item(s)
PLEASE NOTE:
ANY PRODUCTS RETURNED TO SUPERLIFT WITHOUT DEFECT WILL INCUR A 20% RESTOCKING FEE, PER THE
MANUFACTURER. AN SUPERLIFT REPRESENTATIVE MUST CONFIRM A DEFECT WITH FIT, FORM OR FUNCTIONALITY
BEFORE AN ITEM CAN BE SENT BACK TO OUR FACILITY.
ANY ITEMS SHIPPED BACK TO SUPERLIFT WITHOUT RETURN AUTHORIZATION FROM AN SUPERLIFT REPRESENTATIVE
WILL BE REFUSED UPON RECEIPT, AND SENT BACK TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMER’S EXPENSE.
ALL COLOR-MATCHED PRODUCTS ARE A NON-RETURNABLE ITEM UNLESS A DEFECT IS PRESENTED UPON INITIAL
RECEIPT.
